Cooking classes are both demonstration– and participation–based. Individualized instruction is important, so the ideal class size is 8–10 people. Classes run 3 hours. |

Recipes are distributed at the start of class. We then prepare and cook lunch or dinner using the freshest ingredients, which I have purchased for the class. At the end of class, participants enjoy the food they helped to create. Culinary instruction includes ingredient selection, knife skills, and preparation methods. We use techniques that can be applied to a broad range of foods and recipes. |
