We will taste our way around town as we learn the secrets of: Kossar's Bialys, the oldest bialy bakery in the country, Yonah Shimmel Knish Bakery, Russ & Daughters, specialty foods shop, Pickle Guys, Katz's Delicatessen, and More! We will also visit Eldridge Street Synagogue and Museum, one of the oldest synagogues in the US, a true gem. Finally, we will visit one of my favorite Bowery kitchen supply stores.
